Prague public transport in one place

KdeJeMHD.cz finds the nearest Prague public transport stops based on your device location — metro, trams, buses, trolleybuses, trains and ferries — and shows what's leaving from there right now. You can open walking directions to any stop in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Mapy.com.

The app groups platforms into a single stop rather than listing them separately — at large interchanges like Anděl or Muzeum you'll see one place with all the lines and transport types serving it, instead of several nearly identical results.

How it works

  1. Allow location access
  2. Choose the nearest stop
  3. Open walking directions

Your location stays on your device and is not used for advertising targeting.

Frequently asked questions

How does KdeJeMHD.cz work?

Once you allow location access, the app finds the three nearest public transport stops in Prague and shows a few upcoming departures for each, based on the PID timetable.

Do you use my location?

Yes, but only to calculate the distance to the nearest stops. Your location is processed only in your browser and is never sent anywhere or stored.

Is the displayed distance a walking route?

No. The distance and estimated walking time shown are calculated as the crow flies. The actual walking route only appears once you open directions in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Mapy.com.

Are departures shown in real time?

No, not yet. Departures are based on the scheduled PID timetable (GTFS), not live vehicle positions — the actual departure may differ, especially during disruptions or delays.

Which types of transport do you support?

Metro, trams, trolleybuses, buses, trains and ferries — everything included in the Prague Integrated Transport (PID) feed.

Where does the app work?

Currently only in Prague, within the PID data coverage. If you're outside that area (say, near Brno, which has its own public transport but isn't part of PID), the app will let you know.
